Victory with Christ: the motto for the year 2016 weaves its way through the divine services like a golden thread. It also continues to inspire the thoughts of members—for example, designers. Following is a brief survey in words and images:

Three days after the terror attacks, Apostle Clément Haeck celebrated the Easter divine service with his brothers and sisters in Brussels: comfort and gratitude inside the church, police sirens outside on the street.

If you want to win, you have to make sacrifices. And those who offer thanks are on the right way, District Apostle Rainer Storck (North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany) says. But how does this go together with our 2016 motto “Victory with Christ”?

The new motto for 2016 has hardly been issued and already the first logos are beginning to appear. Unity in diversity is not only a long-held tradition, it is also our agenda.

Such messages need space! They need an occasion to present themselves: New Year, Christmas, or Pentecost are ideal. Pentecost has long been a popular occasion for a uniform message. Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider is taking a somewhat different approach.

Joy is meant to be shared. And this was precisely what New Apostolic Christians around the world experienced—in particular with a view to the motto which the Chief Apostle had announced for the year. And it was in connection with this announcement that the Church marked a first this year.
