Many youth events and children’s services over the past few weeks focused on our annual motto. Through play or in workshops, the young generation all over the world is learning that prayer works.

Before the divine service started, there was a spontaneous vocal number. The American, German, and Australian youth who had travelled to the Pan-American Youth Summit in St. Catherines, Ontario in Canada could hardly wait for the service to begin.

Some congregations in Bolivia are located at altitudes of over 4,000 metres. Hardly any other country is so close to heaven. It is a country that captivates with its geographical diversity. And the members of the Church are as diverse as the country itself.

Members of various congregations in Africa, Europe, and South America had reason to celebrate in recent weeks. They marked the occasions with music, a play, or a ferry crossing to an island.
